ISU-Arrival Day: July 17, 2010 ISU-Departure Day: August 14, 2010 Get to know the German way of life! Fulda is a medium-sized town in Germany and that's why it's so popular with German students. It's not just the fact that town has a large variety of interesting cultural and leisure activities, but also the fact that everywhere is within easy reach - either by bike or on foot. Take the opportunity of renting German students' most coveted form of transport! (see Bicycle) ISU 2010 also offers its students the possibility of living with other students from various nations in a simple apartment-sharing community. This is a very common form of living arrangement for German students, fostering both community spirit and independence. So it's not rare for the kitchen in apartment-sharing communities to be transformed into a recreation room and lifelong friendships to be made. Shared apartments often accommodate people of both sexes.
