Workshops meet once a week for approx. 2 hours. The course fee covers participation in all study trips and up to four workshops of your choice. Canoeing
Each participant has the chance to learn to canoe once and explore the surroundings of Fulda on the water of the homonymous river. Salsa
Salsa is fun and super popular! In this workshop you will learn the basics of this dance from Latin America. You can then go on to use your new skills at a salsa bar in town.

Get to know the German culture! We offer speeches and discussions with Germans who share their memories of contemporary German history. Cooking

| Culture and Leisure A diverse cultural program with concert visits, festive events and movie nights rounds off the ISU program. The cultural program is to a large part included in the course fee. Enjoy! Hike to the Milseburg Milseburg is one of the most beautiful hills in the Rhön mountains. Get to know the beauty of the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Rhön. Enjoy the hike and the view! At night get to know the real mountain folk music and great food!
