Learn German! German is a fascinating language and opens you up the access to people in Germany and Austria as well as in parts of Switzerland, Italy, France and Belgium. ISU Fulda offers German language courses on five levels: | Basic Level 1: | Beginners with no knowledge of German

| The program fee covers one language course at your level including all course materials. (see Costs) The duration of the language course is four weeks (42 contact hours). You will be taught by highly qualified instructors of German as a foreign language who will pay special attention to your personal learning needs and interests. Class sizes of no more than 15 students guarantee intensive learning. All teachers are qualfied for teaching German as a foreign language. Test at the beginning of the courseOn Sunday, July 18, 2010, students with any previous knowledge of German take part in a language test. This will help you to find the right level. You can be certain that you will be placed in a course which is neither too difficult nor too easy for you. Course goals:The Basic and Intermediate Level courses aim at: - training your active written and oral German language skills,
- improving your grammar skills, and
- enlarging your vocabulary.
DSH language test: Students with an advanced knowledge of German can take part in the DSH-language test (German language proficiency testfor university entrance).
