Check List: What you want to bring

• Sufficient cash on your day of travel to Fulda
• Credit Card with PIN-number or EC-Card (recommended)
  W e advise you to inquire with your credit card company before leaving for Germany whether you can use your credit card abroad
• International phone card (recommended).
  Using your mobile phone in Germany might be very expensive, if possible at all
  Before you buy an international phone card at home, inquire whether the card will be working on a German phone. International phone cards are also available in Germany.
• Medicine (in case of chronic illness or allergies)
• Light summer clothing but also sweaters and long pants for cooler weather
• Rain gear
• Tennis shoes or walking boots for field trips and (optional) hikes
• Swim suit
• Formal clothes for the farewell ceremony
• Important:
  Please don't bring too much luggage! Most people bring suitcases that are too heavy to allow for comfortable traveling. Consider that you will have to carry your own luggage at the train stations and at your accommodation
